printing shipping labels Via paypal problems?

Anybody knows why that when I log into paypal to print a shipping label it sends it through but my hp desket 5700 does not recognize the transaction and thus does not print. When I log onto my dads pc everything works fine. Is this another mac compatability issue? please respond with any thoughts. thanks, b.

Printers don't "recognize" anything. You must use Printer Setup Utility to setup your printer on your Mac. Because the driver for HP's DeskJet 5700 did not ship with your Mac, you must install the driver yourself. If you don't have the driver, you must download it from HP's website.
