Hi,

A while ago I used an app that automatically created a folder called Processed images on my desktop. I uninstalled the app and deleted the folder, but it keeps on coming back every time I restart my machine.

Does anyone have an idea how to get rid once for all of this folder? Also, every time I save an image it is automatically saved in the processed images folder.
Thanks for your help

Well If let's say I download an image from Safari, it goes straight into this folder. I also remember saving an image from another app (not sure it freehand) and same thing happened again.

As per Safari, goto Safari-preferences . Under general tab, there would be something like 'save to desktop'.
And as per the reappearance of the folder after you log in, goto your startup items, under system prefs-accounts. You may be having that app in your login items. If yes, then delete it.

cheers
