Where to buy NON ATA 6 drives?

I have an 800mb Solid State Hard drive that I wanted to use in my Duo, but I'm starting to think that it is ATA 6 because it will recognize but not boot off the drive.

Does anybody know where I may be able to find ATA 5 or lower solid state hard drives?
