iPhone 4: YouTube video quality horrendous 2: pls help me

i heard if i go to m.youtube.com if i use safari, i can push the hd button and i got better quality on 3g net.

but i cant find the hd or hq button? can someone tell me where i can find it?

Just tried this and as soon you click the video hq shows up in the bottom right hand corner in red.
 
i did what you said. but i still dont see it... :s weird??

and the video got hd it said in the title.

i have the newest iphone. iphone 4. so maybe i cant do it?
