what happens if i backup my iphone while its jailbroken?

will it just save all of the nonjailbroken things and then if i decide to restore back to what i backed up will it just be everything but cydia and cydia apps?

you will be fine and you will not lose anything. now, if you restore, then you will lose your jb/unlock
 
so if i restore and sync it from the back up everything will be the same again just i wont have cydia and jailbroken apps?
