iTunes keeps redownloading my iPad purchases, help me stop it!

Hiya, I purchased and downloaded a season of South Park on my iPad but whenever I connect it to my MBP iTunes starts to download it again via the laptop but this time its the SD version.

I dont want it to do this but how can I stop it from happening!
 
Pretty sure it's just backing it up to your mbp.

Should probably let it do it's thing or unselect it from syncing.
 
It's already synced the episodes from my iPad to my computer, they're sitting in my library.

It's the SD version downloading separately, i Just let one download fully and it then syncs it back over to the iPad!! I don't need two versions of the same show!

As much as you hate keeping a SD versions of your favorite shows, a lot of your frustration would be alleviated if you just let iTunes finish downloading both versions. If it annoys you so much, set iTunes to download before you go to sleep.
