Editing multi page tif files

I wonder if anyone can suggest a way that I can apply a tone correction (the same correction) to all images contained in a multi page tif file?

It seems like it should be a simple thing to do but I can find an application that will do this. I've tried in Photoshiop CS5, Aperture 3. Graphic Converter seems like it should but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Thanks.

I seem to remember that Irfanview can do this, if you have access to a Windows machine or Bootcamp.
