Transfer pictures from my computer to iPhone 4

I've taken some pictures with my digital camera, and I want to transfer them onto my iPhone 4. How do I do that? 😕

in iTunes when you sync your iPhone there is a tab labeled "photos" sync the folder you want with all your pictures in it.
