Copy one calendar to another

I have a calendar setup on my iphone with Yahoo. I would like to move all my calendar information to Gmail. Would who I be able to move the calendar data from Yahoo to gmail?

Sync Yahoo Calendar to iCal. Then sync iCal to Google Calendar.

Any software for windows? Any way of transfering from one calendar to another with Windows 7?
