I am looking for dayplanner app that I can also take meeting notes and syncs with Exchange server. With built-in Calendar, I can take care of setting up schedule, but not taking notes. ToDo seems to be a good app, but lack Exchange server sync.

Another vote for Pocket Informant. Though I'm not sure about the Exchange synch as I don't use it.
No it doesn't sync with Mobile Me calendar yet. That is a restriction of the Apple OS at the time on the iPad. Once iOS4 is available on the iPad and when PI is updated for syncing with the internal calendar then it will be able to sync via Mobile Me via the Apple internal calendar as well.
The developer of PI wants the syncing with the internal calendar as well and actively updates PI quite a bit. Right now it just syncs with Google Calendar (OTA) or by using their sync tool with Outlook
