Can't bring back Cydia

I used jailbreakme.com installed Cydia on my iPhone 4 4.01
I removed it 2 days ago.
want to jailbreak it again and cant bring Cydia back has only the pink screen nothing ealse happens can some one help?

I think u have to restore. That wasnt a very smart move.
Cydia isnt the only thing jailbreaking adds.

Please restore and read about ti before you go jailbreak again. You dont seem too educated in the subject
