I need to wipe my eMac clean and reinstall the OS. Since 10.2 came with it, I wanted to move up to at least a 10.3 OS. I have been gifted a 10.3.7 DVD set. Since it states "Mini" on the box, am I able to install it on this eMac? I appreciate any comments / assistance.

Legally? No. But even if you tried I don't think it would work with the eMac because that CD set was made for the Mac Mini and has some minor tweaks to be used with it.

Yeah, it's very illegal. The Mac Mini communicates with it's hardware differently than the eMac so there probably would be some glitches. It good that it's the same processor, because going from G4 to G5 just wouldnt work at all.
