Heard a rumour a while ago about a possible 15.4" MacBook (not pro).

Any idea if this is even possibly half true or even possible? I don't need the power or price of a MBP and I love the keyb/screen on my MB but would love it to be a tad larger so if this was true it would be great!

If they made one I would buy it immediately.

I don't need a MBP, but I refuse to settle for a 13" screen on the MBs.

I doubt that Apple will release a 15" MacBook- it would further diminish the difference between the MacBook and the MacBook Pro. But who knows, 2007 could be the year of surprises for Mac users (***prays for Mac Pro Cube***). :)

I agree, holding ones breath would most likely prove to be a poor choice. :p :D

only if they DRASTICALLY changed the macbook pro line. They have to keep them different enough to prevent cannibalization.

There's a rumor that Dick Cheney has a 15.4" MacBook in his undisclosed location but that everyone who's seen it has been "taken on a hunting trip" if you know what I'm saying...

No way, Jose. The display is the major thing separating the MB from the MBP, that's not going to change.
