2.4 Dual Core Cube will never die

The Cube will never die
I have started to see people using MacBook main boards and creating a Cube to run with the pack.Apparently this is a quick and easy upgrade.The thought of a
2.4 Dual Core-4GRAM-500HD-DVDRW Cube with the classic 23" Cinema Dislay and the ADC/DCI brick to keep heat down makes me drool.
What do you think?

That sounds like an interesting project. I have a late 2006 15" MacBook Pro sitting on its side against my wall, doing absolutely nothing. I'd love to tear the last bits off to do something with.
