24 Inch iMac Users - Screen Feedback Required

Hi Ladies and Gents,

I am considering getting a 24" iMac, something I didn't even think I would consider because of the screen being S-VPA and not S-IPS. However, I could use more space and don't really think I can afford the 30 Inch Apple/Dell display.

I would like some feedback on the screen, especially from people that have used the ACD's before.

1) Is the color uniform across the screen, or is there unevenness to it?
2) Is the Viewing angle any good/as good as the 20 inch ACD (including the iMac 20")
3) is it noticeably different in any other way?

The 24" in our office has slightly dim corners, but other than that, it's a stunning display. That's the only flaw I noticed.

What's the difference between S-VPA and S-IPS? I'm debating between the 30" ACD and the 24" iMac myself...

I think it's excellent. Probably a little better than the ACD.
