500GHz chip from IBM and Georgia Tech

    have a read.

    i do admit that they are using liquid helium for coolant but it is pretty amazing none the less!!

    i bet these will be the standard in 30-40 years. also, are these 32-bit? 64? 128:eek: ?

    I got confused, thought it said Mhz. and it might be a REALLY old thread, then I noticed the Ghz.
