Phone shuts down on 20%-25% battery and it shows no battery right after. After a little bit turns on but the same thing happens. This happens when i open an app and it crash or something. I tried restoring it even installed the last beta and same thing keeps happening.

Should I take it to Apple and get a replacement

My wife's iPhones 6s had the same problem shortly after we got them - (2-3 months after release), but hers would even die when battery was as high as 35-40%. Apple at first wasn't keen on just replacing it, instead they were giving me BS excuses on this and that. I was very affirmative and nicely told the Apple geek to not feed me more BS and just bring a manager. The manager was cool and approved the replacement of the phone in a blink of an eye.
Good luck
