This would be an interesting item, A big 80s style boombox where you can load it up with D batteries, slide in an iPad. So you can carry it and play it loud, maybe throw a mat on the corner for breakdancing and the iPad can be playing videos of RUNDMC, booming it through the woofers.
Instead of the Cassette area, the ipad would slide in that section. You wont need all the analog FM dial etc.. so plenty of space for a modern edition of such a boombox.
