Where did "I'm feeling lucky" go?

I just opened up Google on my desktop computer and it's missing its usual buttons. Is this a new change? When I use my laptop, the buttons are still there!

It's still doing it, and is really weird. When I first open the page, all I get is the logo, search box, "press enter to search" and the option to change language. When I move the mouse over the window, the other options in my screenshot fade in.

Edit: Google US has the button layout on my desktop. Both US and NZ have buttons on my laptop!
