(You can try singing that if you like.)

You know, sometimes Netscape's home page has the dumbest stuff on it. Today, there's a thing about the "Top 99 Most Desirable Women". But when you click on the link -- and you actually have to click on three links just to get to the list -- it takes you to AskMen.com, where you find that the women are listed one web page at a time. In other words, you'd have to click 98 more times to see all the women on the list.

They've gotta be doing this just to generate more clicks (i.e, ad revenue) for their web site, but sheesh! Who do they think is actually going to do that??

That's a potential nominee for Dumbest Web Site Ever.

Hey you could always edit the url that's shown in the URL bar. Sometimes it easier to enter in the number right in the URL than it is to click 99 times. I know it's stupid, but they got to make money somehow? Too bad the women get used and abused in the name of advertising dollars, and we are so gullible as to fall into their trap.

Indeed. That's why I made my homepage Google.

No news to look at, flashing links, none of that crap.

I just click on the Macrumors bookmark in the bar in Safari anyway.

No, she's number 17 - she was 99 last year. Quite the jump!

I had a quick look around and imo, the women at the end of the list (ie high numbers) were more attractive than those at the top (low numbers).

Granted, I only looked at 99-93 and 1-7, but I stand by my assertion.

I'd probably take any of them, #99 through #1. I'd rank them differently, but any one of them could eat crackers in my bed. ;)

Of course, (a) they'd never be in my bed; and (b) they'd never eat crackers (all those carbs? My God!).

damn, would be frustrating. that's why i only go to sites that have lots of stuff all on the one page... much more convenient. ;)

and why wouldn't Mac Rumors be set as your homepage? ;) hah! busted! :p

My homepage is blank. That way I can press Command+6 to open up MacRumors, Command+T to make a new tab and then Command+5 for Gmail, Command+T again for a new tab to get 'real' work done... you get the idea.
