My only other iPod I've had was a first gen shuffle and despite supposedly being able to hold 500 songs, my new nano (which reads as 1.74 GB) can only hold about 130. Now I know about encoding and all and yes I do encode my music lossless, but with my shuffle there's an option to transfer it to 128k when it goes to the ipod. That option doesn't seem to be available for the nano. Am I just imagining things?
