I've found a very nice app, which has just been released by Metabling, called FlexiForm. It is a universal app with beautiful interface that allows you to create and customize forms to store various data. You can add different types of form fields to a form to store different kinds of data, for example, image, note, text, option, datetime etc. The app design is cool and professional with the integration of 2 useful modules - Form Designer and Form Viewer. You would not need to buy several apps to manage different data in your daily life because you can create your own forms to store and track them in FlexiForm, like Contacts/ToDo/Issue Tracker. Some management forms are provided as pre-defined templates, you just need to install and they are handy to use without designing. Check it and you'll love this app, thanks to Metabling.
