iPod a question about using Senuti

Hello,

I'm waiting for my new external hard drive to arrive but I've run out of space on my Mac.

I was going to put some of the TV shows I bought on iTunes on to my Nano and delete them from my Mac. Once the new hard drive arrives I could transfer them back with Senuti.

I just wanted to make sure it causes no loss in quality or other problems.
