    how come the people running this country have such bad memory? i'd think that remembering details would be a prerequisite.

    I guess it depends on what your definition of met is. ;)

    You know, if he had just said that he knew him but didn't realize the guy was crooked it wouldn't be so bad. But saying he didn't know him at all when he clearly did, makes it look like he's guilty of something. Guess I just answered my own question didn't I...
