Hey Everyone. We have had a lot of great feedback on our app so far but unfortunately the Academy sent a letter to Apple that our app was infringing on their property and Apple has taken the app off the store. We are working to get this back as soon as possible and i'll update everyone when the app is back in the store.

Still waiting for apple to put our app back up. Dev's pray that Apple never removes one of your apps from the app store. Getting it put back up is a very difficult process, where you can't even talk to a human. Email only to a general account, very frustrating process. We are going to write a blog post shortly and send a letter to Apple, it really is ridiculous how difficult it is to get an app back in the store after they take it down per someone else's request.

After a dramatic week of trying to get our app back in the app store we are excited to finally have a new update live! We have a brand new icon and a few new feature like facebook integration coming in the next few days. Get the app in the app store here:

Our latest update is now available in the App store. Version 1.3 brings facebook integration to the app. You can now challenge your facebook friends to see who get's the most Oscar picks right and share your votes on your facebook wall. Get it in iTunes here; Awards Hero: Oscars® Edition

We have made our Academy Awards App Free! Although the Oscars is now over you can still use this app to search the entire history of the Oscars and view all past nominees and winners. You can also view the 2010 nominees and trailers for this years movies.

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that we have moved the app back to free for a few more days until out new update is released. The app is getting an entire refresh with lots of new features (group pools, news, a new giveaway), all new graphics, and we think going to be a great free update for everyone.
