Activate Apple Watch?

Hi I just got my watch back from apple and was wondering if they even downgraded it back to 1.0.1. I'm stuck on a screen that looks like the Activation Lock screen, asking for my Apple ID and password.

SO it will not let you activate it?

Alright so I figured it out. This is weird. When I'm running 8.4 the activation screen won't work. Then I upgraded back to iOS 9 public beta and it worked! Guess what else? The watch is running 1.0.1.
