Activate .mac subscription now?

I just bought a .mac activation key off of ebay. I'm currently using my .mac trial account, which has 16 days left on it.

My question is, if I activate the .mac subscription now, will it override the 16 free days I have left? Or will it add those 16 days on top of the 365 days I just bought? Should I just wait until the 16 days are up?

Odd... mine certainly just added it to the end of the 20 days I had left.

And I've entered 'extension' codes since which have done the same thing.

I do apologise but it used to work that way.

Of course it didn't. Does it really matter? 16 days isn't worth getting is a tussy over. Just enjoy your .Mac subscription without bothersome messages saying you have 5 days left, 4 days left...

lol, guess Apple pulled a fast one, it definitely says I only have 365 days left on the .Mac system pref pane.
