I've googled for hours and I can't find an answer... I did see a picture before on a review of someone with the iPod synced to iTunes but I've forgotten what it said on the iTunes screen.

So yeah, what is the actual capacity of a 5G (video camera) 16GB iPod nano?

Thanks, it's just my iTunes is about 14.5GB of music, and I only want the nano for music, so its gunna be a bit tight :S

Up, up in my studio, studio
Mine is Mac-formatted, and reads 14.98 GB. Your library should be able to fit. Keep in mind that the iPod will have "Other" files on it (system files, the XML library file); mine totals 178 MB (or 0.17 GB).

Don't enable VoiceOver, as that might take up space you need.

Also, keep in mind that if you do decide to record a quick video, one minute of footage will use about 19 MB.
