Just saw a banner ad that linked to(after some re-directs): http://www.warcraft-secrets.com/
that advertises "world of warcraft secrets" including a method for duplication for $19.99. Now I know Macrumors needs to pay the bills, but is such an ad really appropriate for the site? I'm not a player so I wouldn't know, but I would wager that duplicating items is frowned upon in the game....

It sounds like a scam to me, but I don't know.

MR uses Google adsense for ads. MR does not put up the adds themselves.

MR does not individually accept or reject ads up front...they take whatever they get from the ad service. MR can, however, block individual ads. If you can get a screenshot of the ad or the link you initially clicked on, pass it along to arn or Doctor Q. They'll have a look and decide whether or not to block the ad.

Hmm, right under me is a ad for a Diablo 2 dupe method.

    Same price.

These kind of hacks annoy me as a Battle.net player, as it ruins the game for the people wanting to play fair.

Like people in Starcraft who use stack hacks or map hacks, or the people that use programs to disconnect from the game so they dont take a loss. -.-
