    Hi all,

I got a small NAS drive HD363N is the model.

I have set up and i can connect to it and see it on my macbook BUT i can't open it or put any files onto it.

I go to get info on it and i'm told its locked ??

I know very little about this and i have tried all i can see but i just can't get it to work.

    Any help would be great:eek:

    You didn't specify the manufacturer.

    Maybe it's an Argosy?

    If so, look here:

    http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/141066-32-argosy-hd363n-network-storage-manual

You'll find instructions about resetting the administrator password.

Go from there -- but if you have more questions, please give more, rather than less, information. People here are helpful in general, but most don't want to do a lot of work just to be helpful.
