I'm still running off my G4 Quicksiver which is trucking along just fine given a few upgrades to the drive and RAM. However, I recently purchased the JBL spot satellite speakers (nice speakers by the way) and only one speaker works. This pretty much confirms damage to my sound card because only one speaker was working with my old Mac Pro (clear orbit speakers).
So my question...anyone know where I can find a G4 sound card to replace the existing?
I checked in on Ebay and nothing there right now.
I can get away with the one speaker because the Sub also works fine and thanks to the upgrade the JBL's with one speaker working sound better then the Apple Pro speakers when both were working, however, I would like to get them both cranking.
Any advice appreciated.
I am in Toronto, but any sites would be great for decent used G4 parts.
