Ahhh Make It Stop

    so i was cleaning off my keybord and i forgot to turn it off :rolleyes: so know everything i do, every application i go to every letter i type it speaks it out how do i turn it off??

    Go to System Preferences>Speech and uncheck the button that says "Speak selected text when key is pressed"

    Command-F5 (You may need to hold down the fn key depending on how you have your function keys configured.)

    That would make a good April Fools joke or be useful at the office to piss everyone off.

    darn now my mightmouse isn't scrolling down. lol i blew some air into it and it works now scared me for a second

    if you want to have fun with a friends PC...

    open Word

    find AutoCorrect

    then have it replace "the" for "buy a mac"
