In websites and on Message Boards such as this, when I click on someone's AIM button, it tries to launch AIM with a message to this person.

Can I change this to it will try to send that person a message in iChat?

I don't know where Safari keeps its preferences for which application to use to open a given link - it must tie into the Finder, but I don't off-hand know how, especially this early after a night of no sleep (daughter had no sleep, therefore we had no sleep) and no coffee yet (brewing).

However, on my Mac without AIM, it opens iChat. On a Mac withAIM, it opens AIM. Only two data points, but they suggest that trashing AIM would cause it to open with iChat.
