Airport Express - Streaming sound from movies?

Hi,

I just recieved my Airport Express, and havent had a chance to get started as of yet, but I wonder if I will be able to stream other things than simply iTunes music?

Is there a hack that lets for example the VLC media player stream its sound via "AirTunes"? Now that there is movie downloading in iTunes, are there hacks that let me play DivX- and Xvid-coded movies in iTunes?

Airfoil... When I use this program, there is a 3 second delay with the audio, so I have to use a program like VLC that lets me adjust the a/v sync, and set the audio ahead 3 seconds. Is there any way I can fix this?
