Hi all, just wondering about the airport express. Do you already need a wireless network in your house to get onto the internet, or can you hook up your ethernet directly from the cable box or whatever into the express and have your computers connect to it? Just trying to figure out what the differences are between express and extreme besides the music option

If you check out the AirPort Express user's manual (note: PDF download), you'll see that you can plug it directly into a broadband modem.

The main differences are modem and better range on the Extreme, sound on the AExpress.
