any guides on how tro replace an ibook harddrive?

    hi!

    as the title pretty much says. is there a guide on how to replace the harddrive in an 12" 1.2 ghz iBook? is it hard? have any of you done it before? i though about getting a 100 gb harddrive with 5400 rpm.
    mine is about to die anyways... :)

    Someone has leaked the service manual on the net, do a search for "iBook G4 12 Service.pdf".

    Isn't that just iBook G3s...? The 1.2 GHz is an iBook G4...

    Now you got me quoteing myself... :eek:

    Seems like I don't find the Service Manual myself today... and it's too big to upload here (the pdf is 4.1 MB, and there's not much to save from stuffing it, the sitx is 3.5 MB).

    Dang it, you're right. Sorry about that, I have a G3, and didn't even think twice when I sent that link. Sorry about the confusion.
