All that for only 120 GB ?
I would say it's more worth the D/L SuperDrive option. I can see maybe if you got an older lappy with maybe 40 GB. But for someone like me with a new 17" with 100 GB it isn't worth much. If you need the space, do it.
I havent done it but that is a reliable comany.
120 GB drives are very expensive for laptops. PLus installation doesnt seem TOO bad.
yeah the other places ive seen sell the hard drive alone for 120....i figure i can sell my internal one now for around 80 (60gb) and sell a dvd burner i have for 150, and thatll put me close to it.
Have you considered going through newegg. For $235 you can get the 120GB hard drive and install it yourself. The process isn't very difficult. Then either get a cheap external case for you old drive to transfer the files and have a portable external. Or if you have a desktop you can transfer your data to it and back. You can also get a 5400RPM 100GB for $155 their isn't much of a difference in storage but the price is half. Just my two cents.
