I am using a new 6S, settings/back up are from a 6 running 8. Something whatever the latest JB version was.
I really do not what to set up from scratch there's too many folders and too much stuff to put in place.
But I've been experiencing some hanging, when I try to unlock the screen the screen is black with the back light on and it won't do anything else until I do a hard reset this is very unusual I've not had this happen on my 6.
Could this be a hardware issue? How do I determine what's wrong?
