People are saying milk research is now showing it can be bad. What do you guys know about this? Society says to drink milk, do any of you do it?

It would help if you provide us with links...

I have milk in my tea (us crazy England-dwelling types) and on my muesli.
It's very rare that I will drink a glass of it, though but if I do it's usually semi-skimmed. Too clagging & mucus-forming...

Some of the (reputed) bad things in cow's milk are (in no particular order): saturated dairy fats, hormones, poorly absorbed calcium... there's prob. tons more.

The milk (& meat) industry are huge, have deep pockets and have the ear of government. That's why we are constantly told it's good for us...

Come to think of it, it's odd that humans are drinking milk fit for growing calfs.

I would expect nothing from less from a naturopath... but in life, you've got to strike a balance between various risks.

A small amount of milk is prob OK, but to go around denying yourself the occasional milk-shake, ice-cream, dairy chocolate and anything made from or containing milk on the grounds that it may mess you up is paranoid IMHO.

After all, if you want to live till you're 100, who are you going to have fun with? The boring & fastidious nit-pickers or the devil-may-care types?

hey I had just a little bit of milk in coffee and it messed me up. Any time you give yourself something you are not supposed to, it will casue you to have behavior problems, just like drinking etc .

    What?
Are you saying that a glass of wine with dinner is going to f**k me up?

Life is for living, pal. Not timidly tip-toeing like someone who's scared of their own shadow.

BTW: That coffee you had with its caffeine is prob. just as dangerous.

I love Milk. I love the skin, and the drink. I have never put it in my tea though but I should check it out. I do put it in my chai tea though. Good stuff. I thought it makes your bones stronger though.
