Anyone getting UI/Browser lag on MacBook Pro Retina?

I have a Mid 2014 Macbook Pro Retina and I'm getting browser stutter/lag/lowfps in all web browsers when scrolling. It's pissing me off so much, tried all fixes, even non HIDPI resolution's just can't seem to get a stable 60fps in a browser.

El Capitan will solve most, if not all, GUI lag. Try to sit tight for a few months, it will be resolved soon.

El Capitan solved most of it for me especially in MC, but then, I didn't notice much lag in Yosemite either on my late-2013 13".

It's a software bug, you can get better results with a reinstall of yosemite but it is just not "fixable" it seems.
