    Try also power toggles. Probably my favorite android widget. I love pushing an on screen button to power off device.

    Yup that's Power Toggles, one of my favorites.

    Strangely the S4 of mine doesn't come with it. The first device on android I've had that didn't have it.

    I believe all AOKP and AOSP ROMs have this, no?

    As far as I know, yes. CM10.1 ROM does for sure.
