    It's hilarious!!

For anyone who doesn't know, here's how this album came to be:

Barnes & Noble sent out a cd with software for free internet services. Somewhere in the package is a phone number for Tech Support. The number was misprinted and instead of going to the actual Tech Support, went to an individual's private home number. Fortunately for all of us, that number belonged to Matt Besser, a member of the Upright Citizen's Brigade on Comedy Central. After being harrassed by incompents with ignorant tech questions, he began recording the conversations and eventually put them out as an album.

I strongly recommend everyone check it out.
