Anyone here work for an Apple Call Center? I recently applied through a company that contracts help to Apple...and went to the Group Study...did a small test and some messing around on a Mac to get the feel. Then had my interview. Was wondering if anyone else here knew how long the process took to get an answer back? and what the odds of them hiring someone with Only windows knowledge, zero call center experience? I have been repairing PCs for 8years and been in Customer Service for 6years. IM support, Email support, and telephone 5 line support but thats the max. Really hoping I get a chance to work for Apple.
