Hey guys. The AP scores were released early yesterday by phone. It costs 8 bucks to call up. Anyone take the chance and call? If so, post your results.

    Mine:
    US History: 4
    Chem: 4
    Spanish: 4
    Language and Composition: 4

4s aren't that hard to get O-o. I got a 4 on bio the day after going out drinking a few years ago :p

    WOW, you did really well!
When do they mail them to us?

I've been waiting for my Music theory one for a long time.. I want to know if I'm the first person in the history of the world to get a negative number...

Also, I want to see how I scored on the Micro Econ test... I disqualified myself or something like that between the multiple choice and the Essay by reading a VANITY FAIR, the least economic magazine to ever exist. (I didn't know we weren't allowed to read, BTW. I wasn't just being blatantly stupid.)

*crosses fingers* Come on Macro Econ... be a five!!

Will try to get that to you. Unfortunately the paper wont arrive for at least a week (Collegeboard is no doubt cheap and sent the results by regular post), so I dont have any official evidence, only the scribbles I took down on a piece of paper as the results were read to me on the phone.

    Agreed.

    >When do they mail them to us?
Early-mid July. Apparently some people from my school got theirs last week of June.

    >I've been waiting for my Music theory one for a long time.. I want to know if I'm the first person in the history of the world to get a negative number...

It goes 1-5, but before the 1 there's an actual AP grade of *. lol must be for people who didn't take the test or got every question wrong on purpose or somethin.

In music theory, we were always joking about getting negative scores. :)

ESPECIALLY, when it came to our sight singing and the horrible impossibleness of the dictation. IT WAS ON EUPHONIUM. That's right. A ROOM of string players and the dictations are on EUPHONIUM and FLUTE!

I guess I'll tell my teacher about the asterisk if I see her in the hall.

/music theory four doesn't really exist at my school...

I took them years ago, but my college didn't give credit for AP scores. Hope yours go to some better use!

To bring up an old thread, I got the thing in the mail today.

I wonder what other people who were too cheap to call in got. :)

    4 in music theory (rock!!!!!)

a 2 in macro (because I stayed up until 5 AM studying micro-- took the test on two hours of sleep, a new arthritis/tendinits medication, and brownies.. I'll be retaking that...)

and I disqualified myself from the micro, because I was **GASP** caught reading a vanity fair. (the least economic of all magazines in the world! Yes, even "find the toaster" in highlights is more economic)

Mine from a few years ago:

    English Lit, 5
    Spanish Lit 5
    Bio 5
    Chem 4
    Calculus 4
    Euro History 5
    Physics 4

I think I took some others and did well, but I can't remember now... these were the ones that got me 27 college credits in classes I did not have to take; I went in 3 credits away from a sophomore. I ruled... what happened to me? Sniff...

    AP

    I think I got fairly lucky -
    European History-5
    English Lit-4
    Latin - 5
    Physics B - 5
    Statistics - 5

I was downright shocked when my teacher told me I had a 5 in Latin - I had a C in that class most of the year......

I went to the University of Chicago, but that was 20 years ago, so their policy may have changed by now.

    I still haven't gotten mine.. :( (or maybe that's a good thing?)

I'm just hoping for a 3. Anyone else take Human Geography? Social Studies/Language are not my forte...

Good luck to those who haven't gotten them,

    amazing!

a 4 on BC calc as a sophmore is insane! That's worth 6 or 8 credit hours at most colleges - and she's only a sophmore. I'm taking it next year - but I'll be a senior.

And last year I got a 5 on US History, despite messing up the DBQ and one of the essays.

Good to see I'm not alone. I got a 5 on my AP Biology but for both the colleges I've gone to (transferred) it only counted as a non-major biology class. So, as a Biology / Music major, it hasn't really done me any good other than a few extra credits. :p

But I made it up for it by CLEPing out of 4 classes. :D

I think I will be waiting patiently (impatiently, rather) at my mailbox tommorow. And the next day, and the next day until these scores come.

Of course, I leave for leadership camp saturday, and that's when they will come.
