app for large lists?

looking for an app that does lists.
not to-do lists but more like a rankings list

it needs to be able to handle at least 60-80 items per list
easy to move items up and down the list
easy to quickly delete items
easy to go back and forth between multiple lists, tabs?

anyone have any suggestions?

By default it will hold up to 200 items but that can be increased in setting.
Simple drag to sort.
Easy delete.
You can name any list. You can swipe to move multiple lists.

I use Evernote most often, although it's not so much geared towards lists as general notes.
