iOS app icon in iTunes

For testing purposes when we install a device specific version of iphone application using iTunes the icon that we used in the application and that appears on the home screen does not show up inside iTunes, instead the default icon for application ["A" shaped or something similar to that] appears there.
Do we need to create a new or fill any existing property inside info.plist that will address this?

This is normal for adhoc builds. There is a way around it

but you don't need to do this on the versions you submit to Apple as they sort it out. So long as you have the small icon in your app bundle you're fine.
