Tonight an update popped up on my app store for Twitter for Mac. I don't have this installed and when I click on update somebody elses account shows up, not mine.

Anybody know how to get rid of this? Thanks.

problem solved

Solution that worked for me:

Question:
Do you have the app Transmit installed? Delete the _MASReceipt folder embedded in it.

Answer (yes)
well i cant find this folder _MASReceipt anywhere on my mac even when showing hidden folders ! anyone for holding my hand ?

Solution
Right-click on Transmit and click "show package contents".
I just found out that deleting the folder may render Transmit inoperable, so make a back up of it before you delete the MASReceipt folder.
