App to monitor local host eth port

Looking for an app that will count IN and OUT traffic on a local port (wired or wifi) and also distinguish local traffic and internet traffic.

10.10 and 10.11 compatible

Need a counter to reset at the end of the day
If it can provide graphs of usage that would be icing
