Apple Chat Support Sucks

    Who else thinks that the apple web chat support sucks?? I feel like i am going to die before they help me. Every time they ask me a question, i respond, and wait another 5 minutes for her to ask me another question.. Im talking to her now.. and oh now she wants to transfer me to someone else lol.. i shudda called

    Yes, but Apple's iMac part ordering service is neat. I used chat support (before the part service was available) and explained to the rep that I needed my mouse replaced because of loose wires. I spent twenty minutes chatting back and forth with him/her only to be told that I would have to drive 90 miles to the nearest Apple Retail Store. LOL. :rolleyes:

    I like when they tell you to restart your computer and tell them if the issue still exists and then they'll tell you what to to next. Yeah, right. Then you talk to the next guy who also tells you to restart again and you get nowhere.

    Linksys live support also does this a lot LOL.
