Right now most of the orders should have moved to processing and we should start seeing some movement to 'preparing for shipment' later this week (or eariler). Once this happens we should be able to get details on your phone and let the tracking begin :)

Here are some notes to help track orders:

Apple will automatically add your phone with it's serial number in your support profile. You can see it here:

Also on Apple.com you can update you order to give you email notification when the status changes.

awesome! I was looking for a thread like this. lol

Mine still says processing. I'm anxiously waiting for that tracking number! As soon as I get it I'm requesting it to be held at a ups store so I can get it right at 8am.

Started this same thread when I first woke up. All of you got me excited cause I thought everyone had already started posting shipping statuses lol.

Still processing, no charges. Nothing on my Apple profile. But Apple likes to troll me, so I am not surprised! (Kidding) :D;)

Also wondering why none of these threads are stickied. One for Apple, one for Verizon, AT&T etc. Perhaps it's cause of lack of demand? But I would figure that some of these would be stickied.

Do you really think it will ship out this week? Phone is not due to be released until the 25th

Probably unlikely any will ship early this week, but it takes a few days to get through the US, so they have to get them on their way in time to have them travel to the exit point in China, clear customs there, then fly to an entry point in the US, then clear customs there, then travel to their regional hub for whatever carrier is delivering (likely UPS), and must be there on the 24th. So not impossible they will get some on their way the end of this coming week, with entire plane loads starting next weekend (or so).

we're not going to see any preparing for shipment until next weekend at the earliest....
